I hope you and your loved ones are healthy and well!


Last week I sent you a note about the precautions we are taking to keep our employees and our clients safe here at Roadshow BMW. Trust me, I understand the volume of these messages you are receiving from various retail stores and businesses. My message today is coming to you with a different purpose - to make sure you know that we are here to help you in any way that we can. For example:


-Is your BMW lease nearing its maturity date? Call us so we can guide you through the different options that are available to you. Our sales department can be reached at 901-365-2584. Or, email me directly at klombardo@roadshowbmw.com.

-Do you have a loan with BMW Financial Services and need to discuss the assistance available from them regarding your upcoming payments due? Call us so we can discuss these with you. Or, email me directly at klombardo@roadshowbmw.com.

-Is your vehicle due for service? As you know, it's imperative that you do not go past the due date displayed in your vehicle without having required maintenance performed. If you don't want to come to the dealership, we will come pick up your car to the best of our ability depending on your location. All you have to do is call our service department to get this scheduled. And, know with confidence that we will take every precaution necessary to clean and disinfect your vehicle and key before returning it to you.

-Does your vehicle need repairs, or new tires or windshield wipers? Your personal transportation is of the utmost importance right now - especially if we get to the point that other transportation is not available. So, don't hesitate to do what you need to do to make sure your vehicle is safe and reliable. We even have financing available to assist you with repair costs if needed. And, the same confidence comes with any repairs you need to schedule - we can come pick up your vehicle for you and handle your appointment safely.

-Do you need to purchase a new vehicle? Ironically, it's actually a great time to do this, with new programs that are extremely beneficial being announced by BMW. For example, better financing rates, more rebates, and no payment due for 90 days. We are here to help you with your transaction and can complete the ENTIRE transaction at your home if you prefer not to come to the dealership.

-Do you need to purchase an Extended Service Contract so that your vehicle remains protected after its warranty expires? This is an incredibly smart step to take if you are in a situation like many of us are in, unsure about your income over the next 30-90 days. We can even finance the purchase of this Extended Service Contract for you so you don't need to part with your cash.

We know that these are trying times, and we want to help you anyway that we can.

Last week we implemented plans to keep our clients and team members safe and we are diligently enforcing them! Here are some notes about that ... and possible ways we can help:

·   Any car that arrives for service is being cleaned and sanitized before entering our workshop and we are doing the same before you pick it back up. We are wearing gloves as much as possible when coming in contact with your vehicle.

·  Our facilities - door handles, commonly touched surfaces - are being sanitized throughout the day.

·   Social distancing is not an issue in our facilities - our dealership is very large with lots of room to stay six feet apart.

·   Before you test drive a vehicle you are considering purchasing, we are sanitizing the door handle, steering wheel, etc.

·  We are stepping up our game with vehicle pick up and delivery - so if you'd like to have your car serviced but don't feel comfortable coming in, we will come pick it up! And we will make sure it's cleaned when we bring it back!

·  We can do the same thing for customers who want to see a vehicle in our inventory- just let us know and we'll come to your house so you can test drive! We can even bring purchase paperwork to your house!

·  If your situation meets the right criteria, refinancing your loan to lower your payment is something quick and easy we can do to help you financially. Contact us so we can review your current loan and look at the option to refinance.

·  BMW's car loans come with 45 days from the time you purchase to your first payment being due. Trading your vehicle in for a new or used BMW could help you with your cash flow!
